LIFE : Traffic Signs "the so-called ups & downs of life"
Yesterday when I was driving for work as I paid attention to the traffic because of rain my eye caught the traffic signs "Slow Down", somehow the choices I made in my everyday life flashed through the back of my mind. I was laughing at how connected it is with the decisions and choices I had made.
Let me take you to the good old days (bring back memories, bring back)
SLOW DOWN - I always take SRP going to work, I left home around 730am. Traffic is real, rush hour. Most motorists are in the rush to race against time. So also in life, we rush everything else just to get it done with but sometimes we don't see the dangers along the way, making decisions that we may regret!
NO U-TURN - this is common in our streets, wherever you go. A reminder that there are certain areas you are allowed to do a U-TURN. Just like in our daily challenges, when we feel it's heavy and painful we want to make a U-Turn avoiding the situation but life really knows the right time for you to do so.
NO LEFT TURN - meaning you can't take a left turn, no short cuts just like in a relationship. We can't be with someone else, we should be loyal & trustworthy.
NO STOPPING | TOW AWAY ZONE - there's a certain area where you can park for free or with charge. You just can't stop your life for something stupid, or else karma will.
Simple signs that are most likely taken for granted, accidents happen for a reason like life it takes sides and you should choose wisely. Choosing to be happy is choosing to be safe, not for our selfish benefit but for the people that matter in our life. For 40 years of my existence, I have been through a lot of ups & downs in life which I take lightly for what matters is that my journey has still so much to offer!
Life is like a two-way street, traffic represents (trials), you need to STOP (appreciate), SLOW DOWN (not a competition), we should learn to be patient and enjoy the road (journey) for everything has its perfect time in God's time.
So this is where my driving lesson ends... Kidding, again thank you for your time, and hope you learn the value of the Traffic Signs of life, where love & all in-betweens are just around the U-Turn Slot 😘😎😜

Haaaai, I don't drive here in the city (kay wa koy licensya) but whenever I commute and see those signs, it will always make me realize just the way you said it. It has a deeper meaning not only to the motorists and drivers but actually in LIFE itself. I really like how you put the traffic signs together and relate it to life. Thanks for this post. True kaayo, when we're tired,slow down and take a little rest but don't stop. Coz it maybe takes time but God always have reasons why things happened.
