Now that the Sun waits until 7 o'clock in the morning to rise, Brownie has been letting me sleep a little bit longer before she gets me up to take her out for a walk and give her breakfast. Since I'm feeling more well rested in the morning I have more energy to go for longer walks with her. I think we both benefit from this arrangement. I also have more energy to do chores around the house like mowing the lawn.
