We just bought our son a teddy bear. He named it brownie. We have already had 2 parties for brownie since he showed up at our house. Here is to brownies being in charge.

All these actifit posts from various posters is making me want to go for a walk. I started my journey to getting back in shape yesterday with some resistance band training.
