'Oni2' - New Original Music - Another 'Melodic Steps' Arpeggiator Session...

which is now the opening track on a new EP/album I just put online (which you can check out on Spotify here). It's pretty simple, 3 tracks total, but I really like how it turned. Tracks 4 and 5 are the audio recorded from using the Max for Live "Melodic Steps" plug-in with two different Strobe2 pad sounds. Both have the cutoff fade-in so things get more intense, at which point, Track 2 provides a subby bass part, which fades out over time, as do the other two tracks. I was initially gonna try and add more layers to this, maybe drums, but I decided to not overdo things, liking the sound of it as is, which I think wound up bing a good call.
