Preparation of porridge beans
welcome to my blog
I'm here again to show you how i prepared my declious porridge beans.
Beans is protein and is very good for the body.
It can be cooked normally and eaten with stew, but here i made it porridge 😋
Beans
Pepper and
Crayfish
Onion
Ripe plantain
Maggi
Salt
Palm oil
Dirt should be removed from the beans(By selection)
Wash the beans and then put on fire with plenty water( quantity that will make get soft)
Remove first water.
The first water is always black,so it is advisable to remove the first water(it although it is optional.)Put back the beans in pot and add a clean water. Add your desired quantity of water and then allow it boil.
Add your onion
Add your ripe plantain.
Add other ingredients like salt, maggi, cray fish, pepper.
Allow all ingredients boil for a while then add palm oil.
Your porridge beans is ready 🥰😋
