Preparation of porridge beans

I'm here again to show you how i prepared my declious porridge beans.
Beans is protein and is very good for the body.
It can be cooked normally and eaten with stew, but here i made it porridge 😋

INGREDIENTS USED

  • Beans

  • Pepper and

  • Crayfish

  • Onion

  • Ripe plantain

  • Maggi

  • Salt

  • Palm oil

HOW IT WAS PREPARED

  • Dirt should be removed from the beans(By selection)

  • Wash the beans and then put on fire with plenty water( quantity that will make get soft)

  • Remove first water.
    The first water is always black,so it is advisable to remove the first water(it although it is optional.)

  • Put back the beans in pot and add a clean water. Add your desired quantity of water and then allow it boil.

  • Add your onion

  • Add your ripe plantain.

  • Add other ingredients like salt, maggi, cray fish, pepper.

  • Allow all ingredients boil for a while then add palm oil.
