Praise God.
I Corinthians 7:4
"The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife."
As a woman, you have no power over your body but your husband, and also, As a man, you have no power over your own body but your wife. Do not cheat/defraud each other.
Abstain from each other regarding any sexual relationship, but this is done with a mutual consent.
Abstain from each other(sexual relationship) if you are engaged in fasting/prayer.
Prayer coupled with fasting has a great power and impact.
If you will fast, you'll have to break free from every yoke, wickedness and evil vices, then God will reward and help you.
Fasting also have a positive scientific effect in the body(boosting immunity).
Fasting is not supposed to be a public show, were everyone knows that you are fasting, but a thing of secret to God.
As a woman, do not share your body with another man , also as a man, do not do same too, for your body belongs to your spouse alone.
II pet.2:14
Any man who desireth a woman lustfully, has already committed adultery in his heart, for this is a sin against God.
For the prayers of a couple not to be hindered; the wife should be subject to her husband, even as the husband is subject to Christ.
A woman should have a covering over her head ,but the man should not.
It is not right for a man to keep long hairs, but a woman should ,for it is given unto her as her glory.
As a man you should also provide for your household, it is a commandment from God in the bible.
Eph. 5:28
"So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself."
Husbands should love their wives and in turn wives be submissive unto thine husband.
Prov. 18:22
If a man finds a wife, he findeth a good thing and obtains favour from the lord.
Do not hurt your wife, if you want your prayers to be answered.
Wives also show respect and submission to your husband.
One of the blessings of husband/wife being righteous and staying true to the word of God is that they will bear Godly/blessed children.
