Finding Out What Works Best For Your Mental health// LOH Contest #262.

I still stands that health is wealth and most especially as Ladies it's prior to us that we are healthy seeing that we are always at the receiving end. Good day beautiful and gorgeous Ladies in the building, it's with utmost joy that I bring to you the greetings of the season, hope everything is going on perfectly fine at your end? I still remain your favorite girl @graceze bringing to you the best meant for the best which is you all, for today and as well this week's prompt I will be participating on the contest topic which says: Mental health, only around half of people describe their mental health as good, unable to switch off from work, etc. How do you cope in an ever-changing world?

Well we can't deny the fact that it is always challenging coping in an ever changing world where the expectations and demands are high but there are definitely some strings to pull inorder to strike a balance with everything going on around you and your self, so I will propose some strategies needed or some strategies that I used that I think might help you just Incase you too are wanting to strike a balance so as not to overweight at some edge, you know balance in life is very essential which is why we keep emphasizing on it at every chance we've got, I myself isn't expert in these things but I hope that these strategy of mine might help in one way or the other.

In an ever changing world by all means put your attention on what you can control and leave or let go of what you can't control, don't try to combine everything at once it might choke you and make you loose yourself in the process, so try to find purpose or love for something so that you can focus on that thing and grow in it.

The next one is that in an ever changing world where everything might want to enter your eyes try to practice gratitude,the level you are today is someone else's prayer point, Noo am not sweet coating it am telling you the fact, don't think you are at the lowest point or having the smallest portion, try to reflect on things that goes on daily in your life and be grateful for them.

The next is on setting boundaries for yourself, no one will do this one for you so you have to do it yourself, this is the most part where balance takes place whereby you create or set boundaries between your work time and personal time, sometimes we are told not to bring work home and it's for a reason, setting this kind of boundary brings about a healthy work space and life entirely.

The next one which I consider very important is that while been consumed in everything don't push away friends or families Instead try and build up relationships because it's these loved ones that would check up on us, show genuine care and offer emotional support even when we forget to do that for ourselves, so make sure you nurture this relationships and network with people around.

The last one I will be bringing to our notice is to prioritize self care and this includes taking breaks at some point, plus also in that gap of short breaks try to engage in activities that brings joy and makes you relax every nerves in your bone marrow, this aspect sometimes is done once in a while and this one is meant for everyone.

Your experience with your mental health might be quiet different from mine and how your system works would tell but I would advice that you look for what works best for you so you can apply it. Thank you for your time and I hope to see you next time.

Lovely support to assist others in thinking how to adjust mentally.

Switching off all mobile devices once work day is completed, interruptions during your time tends to destroy your quality time with family or friends.

Great ideas to put into practice for balancing the drastic changes we experience daily. You're absolutely right when you say:

"Don't try to do everything at once; you could become overwhelmed and lose yourself in the process."

I'm one of those people who does everything without asking for help, but expects others to do it without being asked. As you say, that's what makes me lose myself in the process.

i'm dealing with my mental health since i became a mother, because i do not prioritize my self than my family, i think a lot about myself that is not good for me and until now i still can't do the things that i want to do for myself. when i read this, i think i need to give myself some time again, to think more about the next step for my family. thanks for this i realize something about myself.

Your ideas are cool and I think would work generally no matter anyone's different cases of mental health systems. Majorly on knowing that we can't control everything and just have to let go of some things
