This is sad, but it’s the reality. In Venezuela, parking spots for cars and motorcycles are practically limited to whether or not a vehicle fits in the space. It doesn’t matter if it’s a no-parking zone or private property. And when a complaint comes up, you have to be prepared to face insults from the other party. The law is enforced only when there’s a particular interest at stake.

Esto es triste pero es una realidad. En Venezuela los sitios para estacionar vehículos y motos prácticamente esta limitado a si cabe o no en el sitio. No importa si es un sitio prohibido o si es privado. Y cuando viene el reclamo hay que estar preparado para recibir un insultos de la otra parte. La ley se aplica solo cuando hay un interés particular de por medio.
