I think because of their situation in the Russian Empire Jews were very active in revolutionary circles, and that is why they comprised a large percentage of the leadership of the Bolsheviks. I do not find Marxist thought compelling specifically because it is collectivist, which requires that individual rights are subsumed to some other concept of rights, powers, or source of authority.

In the East Asian world, it is not known that the Jews led the revolution in the Russian Empire.😳
I remember that the Bolshevik Revolution occurred because the Russian Empire was defeated by the German Empire in World War I.
Since East Asians are collectivist from the beginning, they could easily accept the collectivism of Marxism.😅
From my point of view, I think Marxism is an idea that cannot coexist with Christian thought!

While we, nearly a century after these events, are led to believe it was mere personal prejudice, some kind of bigotry, that bizarrely infused the German people to support National Socialism in it's specificity of political opposition to Jews, clearly at the time it was seen by the people of the countries nearby that Jews were involved in horrific violence against the people of the Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, and had also struck at Germany in the Spartacist movement's attempt to seize power there.

After the Bolshevik Revolution, I first learned that Jews had attempted violent revolutions in Eastern Europe, including Germany.
I guessed that the Europeans had an anti-Semitic movement because the communist revolutionary movement, centered on the Jews, had spread throughout Europe.

Through the distorted lens of history we are not granted the granularity of the vision of the people of the day. We do not sense the mood of the streets, smell their fear, feel their panic at the economic destruction they faced, hear the gossip shared over clotheslines, nor grasp the purpose of the media and institutions and propagandists guiding them to their conclusions.

I've seen a lot of movies like Schindler's List where Europeans slaughter Jews. So, I thought that Europeans persecuted and slaughtered Jews because of their irrational anti-Semitism.

We face our own propagandists, and our own contexts in which we consider their plight and purposes. I have known personally many Jews, and but little of the propaganda regarding that people had any relevance to my friends and associates of their faith. People do each independently view their selves, their world, and their place in it, and so no view of a people accurately reflects on the individual people comprising it, just as no definition of tree reflects the physical quirks and pattern in the grain of any specific tree.

I do not oppose people because of their ethnicity. I may strongly take issue with ideas or actions they undertake, and oppose those, and it is impossible for us to view opposition to our thoughts or actions as other than opposition to ourselves, so it is inevitable that I will be said to oppose a people, such as Jews, Republicans, or Girl Scouts, because of their commonly held views. Only when persons have violent and oppressive purpose can I become convinced that they themselves are the issue, and this cannot be ascribed to a government, or an institution, but must arise in the person.

So I do not oppose a people, but do oppose evil persons, regardless of their ethnic or other heritage, race, or political affiliations. I speak regarding associations and institutions who's members necessarily share such evil intent because of the nature of language, but consider each of the persons members in such organized groups as personally responsible for their intentions, and hold the institutions to merely be a device they wield, or used to wield them, if that makes any sense.

For East Asians like me, it is difficult to understand the war, peace, and coexistence of Christians, Jews, and Muslims that have continued for 2000 years after the birth of Jesus.

t is difficult for me to understand what role the Jews of Europe played in the birth, expansion, development and decline of European civilization.
The apostles Peter and Paul created Europe as a Christian world. However, communist empires such as the USSR and China were born through the communist revolutionary ideas of atheist Marx.

So, I always look forward to seeing what the genius @valued-customer will prophesy for the future of East Asia.😄
