MY FRIEND

Hi everyone, hope we all had a stress free and nice day.

I want to introduce my friend to you all.

She goes by the name Victoria Ekanem, studying Social studies and Citizenship Education in the university of Uyo in Akwa Ibom state.
She's from my village Mbak Atai in Itu Local Government Area.
I really have alot to talk about her, but I will say little for now.
She's a beautiful lady, compassionate, and kind-hearted.

Always saying positive words, always encouraging me.
I can vividly remember when I got myself into a big mess, truth be told I thought my life was gonna end. The friends I called mine and trusted so much Left me and didn't mind if I perish or not😒. The evening I was walking down my street in tears and pains, I lost all hope and didn't see the possibility of me getting any better. then she tapped me from behind and was shocked to see tears dropping down my cheeks, she asked..." what's wrong Glory?, since I wasn't too close to her I asked her to steer clear from me and she insisted on knowing what could make me cry.
I didn't even know when I started pouring out my problems telling her what I did wrong and was feeling so guilty about it.

Guess what she said to me.." look girl no matter what you did wrong, you still have the opportunity to become a better person, she told me I could bring out the better version of me". From that moment I learnt that most things happens to us, so we could know who truly are our friends.
Most of them get close to us because of our Popularity, our wealth, etc. all they care about is how they feel, most of them aren't even careful of the words they say not minding if it hurts someone elses or not.

God used this particular girl to lead me to the real version of me.
I don't and won't regret having you as my friend 😉, cause you're just who I want in my life.
I may not have enough to give in form of appreciation but God knows how to reward you boundlessly.
