Hi Everyone, I am so sorry I have not been active on this platform, that's because I had some issues I needed to handle, but I trust everyone is ok and doing fine.
I have something important to tell us which is very vital that we take note.
I consider the time we have as an opportunity we should, most especially students make use of.
I don't see the need to wait for the Government and ASSU. Youths especially those in school should not waste their time as they should believe that they are no more getting younger, most of the students are ripe enough for marriages and some of them are fit to be independent.
If the Federal Government hasn't met with the demands of ASUU, then we shouldn't wait any longer, we can start up a business, something that will keep us busy till when the Federal Government ASUU are able to settle their issues.
We can learn some skills that will help us in the future if we are not opportune to get a white - collar job. Let's take example from most graduates in our dispensation, most of them end up trading, and most of them don't even have anything to show forth as something called "work" and sometimes I Imagine how they provide and fend for themselves.We should not be used or carried away with the things happening around us. we can never tell if the ongoing Strike will be called off even.
we should rise and do something meaningful with our lives, our parents or guidance may be too weak to fend for us by the time we would be done with school if at all we would still go to school.There is no time to waste, we should rise up and be independent, I plead with us to make good use of this strike period, learn something, do researches and try to manufacture something you know isn't really relevant in your community, let's try to do something different at least from our ideas.
Every man on Earth was created with some ideas, we can't keep copying from what other people do, for the fact that that line of business worked out for Mr. A doesn't mean it could work out for Mr. B.
I urge us to keep our heads up high, do something with your time... cause time waits for no one.... it continues to count, what we should do is to follow up with the time...
