Good morning everyone,

Last night I worked late into the night making the lovely piece above. Its a bag ill be delivering today. I've received the order the week before but due to the fact that I've been busy, I've not been able to make it. Yesterday I had a lot to do too and I started work on this bag around afternoon which makes me to finish the bag really late at night. But in all, I'm glad it came out nice.

The bag is a chained bag under my collection named "Kenzie". I've made lot of bags under this collection has people love this design a lot. This particular bag was made with a patterned black leather with golden chains for its handle and other accessories as bottom pin and the bag lock. The bag is also embedded with inner zip.

Below I'll be explaining how I got the bag done.

THE MATERIALS I USED INCLUDE:

  • Black leather
  • Fibre
  • Gum
  • Golden eyelet
  • Golden bottom pins
  • Golden bag lock
  • Red suade material
  • Leather glue
  • Zip
  • Zip head

PROCESS

  • Since I have the pattern on ground already, I just marked it on the leather and fibre and cut it out. I also cut out the red suade material which is the lining.

  • Next, I gummed the fibre with the leather. To the sides I gummed the lining with it.

  • Here I processed the inner of the main body of the bag. First I sew the inner pocket and then I sew the suade material with the leather lining. I also sew the bottom edges of the sides.
