Holding cryptos is for newbies - Holding de criptos es para novatos

Cryptos is an industry that has been able to give us many opportunities to generate profits through invested capital, but it is also one of the places where we talk with a term that can be harmful to the ecosystem when talking to people who do not know what they are doing or who are starting, because they are given a bad signal of what can be done.
Holding can be understood as holding a crypto for a long time, in order to have interesting valuations when this crypto goes up in price (if it ever goes up in price), and it is certainly something that can work, but it is also true that there are better ways to earn profits than through holding.
Currently we have DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) where we can give our cryptos to receive profits through commissions paid by those who use the DEX to exchange cryptos, and as an example we have UniSwap on Ethereum but we also have PancakeSwap on BSC, which follow the same logic of receiving liquidity from different investors and giving profits according to the movements on the DEX.
Certainly you can have losses through the so called "Impermanent Loss" which refers to the existing changes in the prices of the assets that are added as liquidity in the DEX, but it is also true that you can have good profits in some cases and make this risk lower, so it is still a good option to have constant profits.
You can also have cryptos in Stake and although they may give lower returns compared to adding liquidity, it is still a way to have profits on the crypto you have without assuming the risk of Impermanent Loss, and there are many ways to place our cryptos in Stake or in Savings, being the centralized exchanges some interesting options.
The reality is that when we do Holding only, we can only profit when the crypto price goes up, while if we place the crypto in Stake, Savings or Liquidity in a DEX, we can profit when the price goes up, if it remains stable and we decrease the risk if the crypto price goes down, which makes them better options than doing Holding.

Las criptos es una industria que nos ha podido dar muchas oportunidades de generar beneficios a través del capital invertido, pero también es uno de los lugares donde se habla con un término que puede ser dañino para el ecosistema cuando se habla a personas que no saben lo que están haciendo o que están comenzando, porque se les da una mala señal de lo que se puede hacer.
Holding se puede entender como tener una cripto por mucho tiempo, para poder tener valorizaciones interesantes cuando esta cripto suba de precio (si llega a subir de precio), y ciertamente es algo que puede funcionar, pero también es cierto que hay mejores maneras de ganar beneficios que no es a través de hacer holding.
Actualmente tenemos DEX (Exchanges descentralizados) donde podemos dar nuestras criptos para recibir beneficios a través de las comisiones que pagan aquellos que usan el DEX para cambiar las criptos, y como ejemplo tenemos UniSwap en Ethereum pero también tenemos PancakeSwap en BSC, que siguen la misma lógica de recibir liquidez de los diferentes inversores y dar beneficios de acuerdo a los movimientos en el DEX.
Ciertamente se puede tener pérdidas a través de lo llamado “Impermanent Loss” que se refiere a los cambios existentes en los precios de los activos que se agregan como liquidez en el DEX, pero también es cierto que se puede tener buenos beneficios en algunos casos y hacer que este riesgo sea más bajo, por lo que sigue siendo una buena opción para tener beneficios constantes.
También se puede tener las criptos en Stake y aunque puedan dar menores rendimientos en comparación con agregar liquidez, sigue siendo una manera de tener beneficios sobre la cripto que se tiene sin asumir el riesgo del Impermanent Loss, y existen muchas maneras de colocar nuestras criptos en Stake o en Ahorro, siendo los exchange centralizados algunas opciones interesantes.
La realidad es que cuando hacemos “Holding” únicamente, solo podremos beneficiarnos cuando el precio de la cripto sube, mientras que si colocamos la cripto en stake, ahorro o liquidez en un DEX, podemos tener beneficios cuando el precio sube, si se mantiene estable y disminuimos el riesgo si el precio de la cripto baja, lo cual hace que sean opciones mejores que hacer Holding.
