As a teenager I always felt the desire to try carrot cake and when I was studying at university I made friends with the one who is now my comadre, Astrid, one day she invited me to her humble home because that afternoon she would prepare carrot cake of course I was super excited to eat a piece but in life not everything is perfect and to my surprise when I tried the cake it was not at all to my liking and neither for the creator, on the contrary; A huge disappointment which I kept for a long time until a few months ago I dared to prepare my carrot cake that although I was not so convinced to eat I gave to taste to my sister first without telling her my experience, she was delighted with the taste and texture and I fell in love with it and I took my piece of cake which was delicious. I still wonder what was the ingredient that my comadre added to her cake that made it taste bad, I never got to ask her anything about it since she also felt disappointed as well as sorry for such a situation.

De adolescente siempre sentí el deseo de probar la torta de zanahoria y al cursar estudios universitarios hice amistad con la que ahora es mi comadre, Astrid un día me invito a su humilde hogar ya que esa tarde prepararía torta de zanahoria por supuesto yo súper emocionada por comer un trozo pero en la vida no todo es perfecto y para mi sorpresa cuando probé la torta no fue para nada de mi agrado y tampoco para la creadora, todo lo contrario; una inmensa decepción la cual mantuve por mucho tiempo hasta que hace pocos meses me atreví a preparar mi torta de zanahoria que aunque no estaba tan convencida de comer di a degustar a mi hermana primero sin contarle mi experiencia, ella encantada con el sabor y textura me enamoro y tomé mi trozo de torta la cual quedó deliciosa. Aún me pregunto ¿ Cual seria el ingrediente que mi comadre añadió a si torta que le generó mal sabor?, nunca le llegue a preguntar nada al respecto ya que ella también se sintió decepcionada ademas de apenada por tal situación.
