Existe una gran diversidad de comida tradicional para cada país , en el caso de Venezuela la gastronomía es muy extensa; por ejemplo, para la época de navidad que está próxima a llegar tenemos muchos platos para degustar. Uno de ellos es la tradicional ensalada de gallina con en sabor tan peculiar y digna de estar en casa mesa, debida a que se acerca el mes más esperado del año comparto con ustedes mi receta de la ensalada de gallina, espero sea de su agrado.

Ingredientes:

2 zanahorias grandes
3 papas medianas
2 piezas de carne de gallina o pollo
1 cebolla
1 rama de perejil
Un puño de pasas deshidratadas
Mayonesa
Sal
1 ají
1 ramita de cebollín
Agua

Preparación/Preparation

Retirar la piel de las papas y zanahorias para luego llevarlas a la olla con agua y sal para cocinar hasta que ablanden.

El mismo procedimiento hacemos con la carne, dejamos enfriar y luego desmechamos.
