POLICLÍNICA CABISOGUARNAC ATENCIÓN 5 ESTRELLAS | POLYCLINIC CABISOGUARNAC 5-STAR CARE

Bienvenidos sean todos a leer esta nueva publicación para la comunidad de Arquitectura+Diseño, el día de hoy les quiero mostrar parte de la estructura de la Policlínica Cabisoguarnac ubicada en Venezuela - Distrito Capital, la cual estoy visitando ya que mi madre se debía hacer una serie de exámenes de salud para revisar cómo está su corazón y para realizarse una serie de exámenes de sangre.

Welcome everyone to read this new publication for the Architecture+Design community, today I want to show you part of the structure of the Cabisoguarnac Polyclinic located in Venezuela - Capital District, which I am visiting because my mother had to do a series of health tests to check how her heart is and to perform a series of blood tests.

En el transcurso del recorrido también me di cuenta que para este momento tenían al médico especialista que necesito para mantener mis niveles de azúcar en la sangre estables, con esa información y con más de 20 referencias de amigos, pacientes de la propia policlínica indicando la excelente atención médica, nos dirigimos a esta Policlínica de propiedad de la Guardia donde presentan el servicio de emergencia (Hospitalización, Cirugía y Maternidad) como citas de control de salud.

In the course of the tour I also realized that by this time they had the specialist doctor I need to keep my blood sugar levels stable, with that information and with more than 20 references from friends, patients of the polyclinic itself indicating the excellent medical care, we headed to this Polyclinic owned by the Guardia where they present the emergency service (Hospitalization, Surgery and Maternity) as health control appointments.

Ese día el pronóstico del cielo era lluvia torrencial, el mayor aguacero del mes Abril, así que con ayuda de unos vecinos nos trasladamos en carro hasta la Policlínica, subiendo esa parte inclinada de la calle para llegar al edificio, tomar la cita y resguardar a mi madre de la lluvia ya que luego con unas pocas gotas de lluvia se me enferma toda.

That day the sky forecast was torrential rain, the biggest downpour of the month of April, so with the help of some neighbors we went by car to the Polyclinic, up that steep part of the street to get to the building, take the appointment and shelter my mother from the rain because then with a few drops of rain I get sick all over.

Como se puede apreciar en la imagen es un edificio de 10 pisos, de los cuales el primero es de recepción de pacientes y cafetería, el segundo piso se encuentra la oficina de historial donde te toman los datos (Nombre completo, cédula de identidad o de pasaporte el caso de ser extranjero, número de teléfono e indicar si tienes alguna alergia o enfermedad crónica) del tercer piso hasta el noveno son pisos de especialidades médicas y el último piso corresponde a la junta directiva de la policlínica.

As can be seen in the image, it is a 10-story building, of which the first floor is for patient reception and cafeteria, the second floor is the history office where they take your data (full name, identity card or passport if you are a foreigner, phone number and indicate if you have any allergy or chronic disease) from the third floor to the ninth are medical specialties floors and the top floor corresponds to the board of directors of the polyclinic.

Entrando en el complejo se puede apreciar la primera sala de estar, que cuenta con un televisor apagado, donde me hubiera gustado ver películas mientras esperaba a mi madre, iluminación, bancos comerciales de aluminio para que toda persona que llegue de esa subida se pueda sentar a descansar y recuperar el aire para luego poder dirigirse al piso del médico correspondiente.

Entering the complex you can see the first living room, which has a TV off, where I would have liked to watch movies while waiting for my mother, lighting, aluminum commercial benches so that anyone arriving from that climb can sit down to rest and catch their breath and then go to the floor of the corresponding doctor.

Luego detrás de esa columna de concreto que soporta la estructura está un pequeño espacio donde una persona autorizada por la policlínica vende café, agua, CD para los rayos X o tomografías de tórax, como ciertas chucherías, a su lado están dos puertas, una del lado derecho que llevan al baño de mujer el cual utilice después de más de 4 horas de espera y la otra puerta que da al frente es el baño de hombres.

Then behind that concrete column that supports the structure is a small space where a person authorized by the polyclinic sells coffee, water, CDs for X-rays or chest CT scans, as well as certain trinkets, next to it are two doors, one on the right side leading to the women's restroom which I used after more than 4 hours of waiting and the other door facing the front is the men's restroom.

Me fui a la parte del ascensor ya que estoy un tanto mayor y me pega subir por las escaleras así que lo espero para subir hasta el piso 5 dónde se encuentra la especialidad de cardiología.

I went to the elevator part since I am a bit old and it is hard for me to go up the stairs, so I wait for him to go up to the 5th floor where the cardiology specialty is located.

Ya estando en el piso simplemente me senté con mi madre a esperar a que la enfermera llegará y comenzará el registro de los pacientes que estaban llegando para ser atendido por orden de llegada por el médico especialista, a pesar de que no estábamos agendadas de igual manera nos anotaron de últimas ya que se debe respetar el esfuerzo que hacen las personas por llegar tempranos a sus citas médicas como también el ir con anterioridad al complejo para agendar la cita.

Once on the floor I simply sat down with my mother to wait for the nurse to arrive and begin the registration of patients who were arriving to be seen in order of arrival by the medical specialist, even though we were not scheduled, we were listed last, since the effort that people make to arrive early for their medical appointments should be respected, as well as going to the complex in advance to schedule the appointment.

Como tenía tiempo suficiente para seguir recorriendo el lugar ya que el doctor estaba atendiendo una emergencia me di cuenta que la Policlínica Cabisoguarnac tiene ciertas indicaciones firmadas por el Director General en todos los pisos de los pasos a seguir para asistir a las consultas y para realizar el pago de los exámenes de laboratorio.

As I had enough time to continue touring the place since the doctor was attending to an emergency I realized that the Policlinica Cabisoguarnac has certain indications signed by the General Director on all floors of the steps to follow to attend consultations and to make payment for laboratory tests.

Otra curiosidad es la vista que nos pude otorgar la policlínica al estar en una parte elevada geográficamente.

Another curiosity is the view that the polyclinic can give us since it is geographically elevated.

Contemplando la gran vista que da hacia la gran Caracas; mirando abajo pude darme cuenta del segundo y hasta tercer edificio de la Policlínica que aunque los separa la distancia son parte del complejo policlínico.

Contemplating the great view that overlooks the great Caracas; looking down I could see the second and even the third building of the Polyclinic that although they are separated by distance, they are part of the polyclinic complex.

También pude observar que tienen una zona de restaurante o comedor para los médicos, una zona estilo residencia para que los médicos duerman y coloquen sus pertenencias después de las guardias.

I could also see that they have a restaurant or dining area for the doctors, a residence style area for the doctors to sleep and place their belongings after the shifts.

Y en cuanto a la fachada de los edificios se puede observar que es de ladrillo rojo, las escaleras de metal de estilo de escalón abierto, que en tiempo atrás de 11 años me hubieran dado miedo ya que solía sentir que con ese tipo de escaleras un pie podía entrar por un hueco y caer. Hoy en día sé que esas escaleras tienen una perfecta alineación para que cuando subas o bajes las escaleras caiga el pie en el escalón y no en el espacio al aire.

And as for the facade of the buildings you can see that it is made of red brick, the open step style metal stairs, which in 11 years ago would have scared me because I used to feel that with that type of stairs a foot could enter through a gap and fall. Today I know that those stairs have perfect alignment so that when you go up or down the stairs your foot lands on the step and not in the air gap.

Luego de unas horas mi madre se vio con el doctor y se pudo realizar su electrocardiograma de forma rápida y sencilla, el doctor nos informó que todo estaba bien así que bajamos por las escaleras de emergencia para pasar como última visita por la “Galería de Directores” y ya luego volver al primer piso para ir a nuestro hogar, en efecto las buenas referencias son verdaderas y le daria un 10 de 10 por la atención.

After a few hours my mother saw the doctor and was able to have her electrocardiogram done quickly and easily, the doctor informed us that everything was fine so we went down the emergency stairs to go as a last visit to the "Gallery of Directors" and then return to the second floor to go to our home, indeed the good references are true and I would give a 10 out of 10 for the care.
