Every sound I heard almost made me jump off my feet thinking that Mr Charles had come to paste the test results. I regretted coming out so early without making proper breakfast. The bacon was so tasteless that I couldn't get myself to finish it.

Few Minutes Later, I saw Jason walk through the gym door putting on a hat.
"Why are you here so early?" Jason asked.
"The Sight of the hats at home tormented me, I couldn't stand it anymore."
"Don't worry, I made sure I got a hat made of a very soft material this way it won't be difficult to go through your throat." Jason said pointing at the hat on his head.
"And what makes you so sure that you are winning the bet?"
"I'm Sure. Come With me let's go have breakfast."
"I had breakfast already."
"You mean that?"
He Said pointing at the half bacon in my hand. There was no denying the fact that I was still hungry, I didn't have much of a choice than to follow him.

We got into his car and we drove off, he drove for some minutes driving pass several restaurants.
"Jason you have passed a lot of restaurants, where exactly are we going to?"
"I need to take you to a special and classic restaurant."
"Jason We Don't need to go far, the results would be out any minute."
"I'm sure the results would be there whenever we return."
He finally got to the restaurant of his choice, he got down and opened the door for me like a gentle man I knew he wasn't. As we were eating, Jason ordered a bottle of Metal & Chandon imperial.
"Jason, you are yet to tell me what is going on. What's The Celebration?" I asked curiously
"I'm celebrating my victory. I have never won a bet against you."
"First You got A hat, you are sure I'll be eating. Now you are celebrating like you won a lotto. Don't you think you are moving too fast?"*
"I'm so sure about this, in fact let me be bed ridden for some days, if I fail to win this bet."
"Be careful what you wish for. Wait for me to die before you burry me?"
"In this case you are dead already." Jason said laughing out loud
"Meanwhile you shouldn't be drinking, because you are driving."
"Relax I can handle this."

Thankfully he got us back to school safely. To our greatest surprise, the results was yet to be pasted.
"What is going on here, the results were supposed to be out two hours ago." I asked a bit tensed.
"Hold on, let me call Mr Charles to know the reason for the delay."
Jason said as he searched his pockets for his cell phone, but it was no where to be found.
"Oh my! I forgot my phone at the restaurant. I have to go back for it, I'll be right back."

It's been almost an hour since Jason left, he he was supposed to be back already. l called him several times but it kept going to voicemail. The results were out, but I was more concerned about Jason, I didn't want to check the results without him. Finally my phone rang and it was Jason calling.
"Hello Jason where have you been? You got me worried."
A strange voice replied from the other end.
"Greetings to you, We realized that you were the last person Mr Jason called. He has been involved in A ghastly accident and has been admitted to st John's hospital. We would appreciate it if you could help us contact his parents."
I took a picture of the result and rushed to the hospital, as I waited in the hall way I called his parents and informed them.

"He's ready for you now." The doctor said as he came out from his room.
The sight of Jason with one leg hanging and bandage all over his body gave me the chills, I mean I was with him few hours ago.
"What have you gotten yourself into. I warned you about drinking and driving."
"Did you check the results?"
"Yeah you scored 97 and I scored 98." I said as I showed him the picture.
"Well I got what I wished for I guess."

Very nice! I don't think anyone else has let Janie win. Is she going to make Jason eat a hat now? I thought he was going to flirt with her, but his wish must have been that she wouldn't have to eat a hat, so maybe he does have a crush on her.
