Esta receta me inspiro a crear un plato delicioso, trenía tiempo pensando en como la prepararía y que ingredientes iba a utilizar y bueno amigos hoy es el día, los invito a visitar mi Blog, y vean acá esta rica preparación de Papas criollas al horno con albóndigas rellenas de queso Mozzarella. 1- Empezamos preparando las papas, para eso, en un bolw coloco las papas a lavar muy bien, luego de eso las corto por la mitad, dejo escirrir, es decir, retirar el exceso de agua y condimento con sal, pimienta y paprika. En una bandeja para horno, engraso y esparso las papas y llevo al horno a una temperatura de 200 °C hasta que queden muy crujientes, luego retiro del horno y están listas para servir.1- We start preparing the potatoes, for that, in a bowl I place the potatoes to wash very well, after that I cut them in half, let them drain, that is, remove the excess water and season with salt, pepper and paprika. On a baking sheet, I grease and spread the potatoes and bake at a temperature of 200°C until very crispy, then remove from the oven and they are ready to serve.

2- Para las albóndigas rellenas de queso Mozzarella, colocamos la carne molida en un bolw y licuamos, cebolla, tomate y pimentón no agregamos agua a la licuadora, licuamos en su propio jugo. Eso líquido se lo agregamos a la carne molida y condimentamos con sal y pimienta, amasamos. Con tu mano, coloca la carne en la palma de tu mano y mete el queso dentro y luego cierra haciendo una forma de albóndiga. En una sartén previamente calentada con poco aceite las agregas para freir a fuego medio dejando dorar por ambos lados. El queso se saldrá de la carne pero quedán muy ricas.2- For the meatballs stuffed with Mozzarella cheese, place the ground meat in a bowl and blend, onion, tomato and paprika, do not add water to the blender, blend in its own juice. We add that liquid to the ground meat and season with salt and pepper, knead. With your hand, place the meat in the palm of your hand and put the cheese inside and then close making a meatball shape. In a pan previously heated with a little oil, add them to fry over medium heat, letting them brown on both sides. The cheese will come out of the meat but they are very rich.
