The Impact Of Hive Communities On My Growth.
The Hive ecosystem is a huge one and I believe the blockchain users will keep growing as we create more awareness about Hive. I have not been around for long but have learned quite a lot on the blockchain, it might be much compared to what other users know but it's a big deal to me because as little as the knowledge might be, it has added value to me in a lot of ways.
When I started with Inkwell, I did get lots of corrections on my posts. Their mods will tell me to correct a lot of things which helped me to improve a lot with story writing.

The Hive Learners community hangout ended a few hours ago and while reminiscing my comeback on Hive after leaving for a few months, I became inspired to write this post. On the ecosystem, there are lots of communities created for different purposes; they represent different niches, cultures, beliefs and even people. The impact of these communities might not be mentioned often but having quality engagement with them is one of the ways to establish yourself as a user on the blockchain.
Immediately I started engaging on Hive again, I was made to understand why we have communities in the ecosystem. I didn't think twice before engaging and yes, they all served the purpose of a community to me.
The biggest purpose of a community is seeking the well-being of its members and the communities on Hive are doing nothing less than that. I made my first set of friends in the Hive Learners community and learned things from them, the community weekly prompt didn't let me run out of what to share on my blog and my shot at consistency started with them.
I went from there to participating in the Inkwell community, Cinnamon and a few others. I remember getting lots of corrections on my posts then, the Inkwell mods would tell me to correct things which helped me to improve with story writing.
When I got to know about Neoxian City, I joined immediately because I knew there was always something to learn from whichever community I found myself and yes, I did learn a lot. The majority of the Crypto knowledge I gathered on Hive came from just ordinary interaction in the community and you can imagine how incredible the place is. Dreemport is not exempted and it is just impossible for all these communities not to add value to you unless you aren't genuinely engaging in them.
I didn't have to be in all the communities at the same time and I just focused on the ones that interest me the most.
The Hivenaija hangout happened yesterday where I learned about the Saturday Savers Club, another great community on the platform and after understanding the purpose of the community, I knew it was another place for me to engage and learn from. There are lots of them and their impact on me has been nothing but fantastic.

I am not just saying all this to tell how helpful the communities have been to me, there is a more important reason than that. Every day, new people come on board and their journey will start like we all did, many people will quit because they think they can't survive. It can be difficult really but with the help of the communities on Hive, you can survive just like I did.
One of the best ways to learn the ways of the Hive and grow is by interacting in communities, it's impossible not to find a community that would interest you because there are lots of them with great members who are ready to support you the best way they can. I can't thank all the communities enough and one of my ways of showing appreciation is by engaging and also guiding new members of the community when they seek help.
A big shout-out to community owners and moderators, you are all doing a great job. I can't thank you all enough and even though Hive members do not say it often, a lot of people appreciate your efforts on the blockchain. You guys are part of why Hive is thriving and we recognise your efforts.
Great article about communities and which impact they have on someone's Hive journey. I wrote an article about the communities I recently joined as well earlier today (won't spam the link here, feel free to check out my profile). It's just a great topic I guess :D
Thanks a lot uncle, the communities on hive are doing very great and it's important that we take time to appreciate the owners and mods.
I will check that now, I appreciate you taking time to read my article.
Cheers to a beautiful week.
