Un cordial saludos querida comunidad de hive, nuevamente quiero presentar una rica receta fácil y rápida de preparar, se trata de un guisado de pollo con maíz dulce, muy deliciosa quedo esta receta se puede acompañar con arroz, pasta se un forma un platillo espectacular, espero que sea de su agrado sin decir mas cocinemos.

Ingredientes-Ingredients

1/2 kilo de pollo. cebollín, perejil. curry, sal. salsa de soya. aceite. 1 cebolla. 1 lata de maíz.
1/2 kilo of chicken. chives, parsley. curry, salt. soy sauce. oil. 1 onion. 1 can of corn.

Preparación-Preparation

primer paso: tome el pollo lave muy y condimente con curry y sal al gusto, luego puse a calentar una olla grande y le añadí un poquito e aceite.

First step: take the chicken, wash it very well and season it with curry and salt to taste, then heat a large pot and add a little bit of oil.

Segundo paso: luego agregue el pollo en la olla y seguido le añadí salsa de soya al gusto.

Second step: I then added the chicken to the pot and then added soy sauce to taste.

Tercer paso: Después corte la cebolla, perejil, y cebollín finamente, luego añadí al pollo para que se integraran todos los sabores.

Next, I finely chopped the onion, parsley, and chives, then added them to the chicken to integrate all the flavors.

Cuarto paso: Cuando el pollo se veía ya dorado casi listo añadí la lata de maíz dulce, después removí hasta integrar y deje cocinar por 3 min mas y listo.

Fourth step: When the chicken was almost browned I added the can of sweet corn, then stirred until it was integrated and let it cook for 3 more minutes and that was it.
