Saludos queridos amigos de hive, empiezo el día compartiendo una espectacular receta que pueden preparar para cualquier ocasión; se trata de una crujiente galletas de maíz con chocolate una deliciosa combinación de sabores, esta preparación es muy fácil no contiene muchos ingredientes tiene un exquisito sabor a maíz y chocolate puro los invito a disfrutar del paso a paso sin decir mas cocinemos.

Ingredientes/Ingredients
1 taza de harina de maíz.
1/2 taza de harina de trigo.
1 huevo.
1/2 taza de azúcar.
cacao en polvo.
vainilla.
canela.
aceite
1 cup corn flour.
1/2 cup wheat flour.
1 egg.
1/2 cup sugar.
cocoa powder.
vanilla.
cinnamon.
oil.
Preparación/Preparation
Paso1-Step1
Primero tome un bol y añadí 1/2 taza de azúcar, luego agregue 3 cucharadas de aceite y mezcle hasta integrar.

luego agregue vainilla al gusto y canela en polvo y seguí mezclando.

Después añadí las harinas primero 1 taza de harina de maíz y mezcle muy bien. luego 1/2 taza de harina de trigo y seguí mezclando hasta integrar.

Para finalizar añadí cacao en polvo 2 cucharadas, luego integre los ingredientes y en una bandeja ya con mantequilla y harina coloque pequeñas porciones de la masa de galletas y deje hornear por 15 min.
