Happy evening dear hive community, I am pleased to share a recipe that I prepared quickly today in my home because I had a craving to eat a rich cake with a delicious cup of coffee, it occurred to me with the few ingredients I had on hand to prepare a very easy cake flavored with vanilla and cinnamon, it is very fluffy and soft with an irresistible flavor and aroma; perfect for snacking with a cup of coffee its preparation is very easy I invite you to see all my recipe I hope you like it without adding more cooking.

Paso1-Step1

To start this delicious cake, place 1 cup of sugar and 4 tablespoons of oil in a bowl and mix until blended.

Then I added the 2 eggs to the mixture and continued beating.

Paso3-Step3

After mixing the eggs, sugar and oil I proceeded to add 2 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of milk then mixed to integrate the ingredients.

To finish my cake, I added the 2 essential ingredients vanilla and cinnamon to taste, then I poured the mixture into a buttered and floured pan and let it bake for 35 minutes at medium heat and it was ready.

I decided to add cinnamon on top to give more flavor to my cake.
