Feliz noche queridos amigos de hive, hoy vengo a presentar una deliciosa receta que muchos conocen y son amantes a este platillo se trata de macarrones con queso pero lo interesante de este plato es que lo prepare al estilo Halloween, quise preparar estos macarrones en forma de cerebro sangriento, quise dar la impresión de un platillo terrorífico, pero es lo contrario es muy sabroso ya que prepare una rica pasta de pizza muy rica que le dio un sabor increíble a mis macarrones sin mas que añadir acompáñeme a cocinar.

Ingredientes- Ingredients

Pasta corta. pasta de tomate. queso mozzarella. orégano. sal. ajo. aceite. mantequilla.

Preparación- Preparation

Paso1/step1

.Primero cocine 250gr de macarrones, luego le añadí una cucharada de mantequilla.

Paso2/step2

.luego le agregue queso mozzarella a la pasta le añadí suficiente y le di movimiento envolventes para que las pasta quedara cremosa, luego lo agregue en un tazón con una bolsa de plástico.
.then I added mozzarella cheese to the pasta, I added enough and gave it a wrapping motion so that the pasta was creamy, then I added it in a bowl with a plastic bag.

Paso3/step3

.luego cubrí con la bolsa toda la pasta para que compactara bien, y se me hiciera fácil desmoldar, luego en una olla agregue 2 cucharadas de aceite y puse a calentar.
.then I covered with the bag all the dough so that it would compact well, and it would be easy to unmold, then in a pot I added 2 tablespoons of oil and put it to heat.

Paso4/step4

.luego añadí el ajo previamente triturado y puse a sofreír por unos segundos y le agregue la pasta de tomate y comencé a remover todo a fuego muy bajo.

.luego a la salsa le agregue orégano y sal al gusto y removí hasta incorporar los ingredientes y retire del fuego.

Paso6/step6

.luego pase a desmoldar la pasta en un plato seguido con un cuchillo corte por la mitad cuidadosamente, luego le añadí las salsa de pizza por toda la abertura que abrí y con una cucharilla extendí por los lados; y listo unos macarrones con queso en forma de cerebro.
