Saludos querida comunidad, el día de hoy quiero presentar una receta muy simple pero muy sabrosa para preparar en un almuerzo o cualquier ocasión, se trata de un arroz frito con salchichas; una delicia muy fácil de preparar y no contiene muchos ingredientes, es un arroz sumamente suelto y con un grandioso sabor espere que sea de su agrado sin extenderme mas comencemos.
Greetings dear community, today I want to present a very simple but very tasty recipe to prepare for lunch or any occasion, this is a fried rice with sausages; a very easy to prepare and does not contain many ingredients, it is a very loose rice with a great flavor, I hope you like it without extending more let's start.
Ingredientes/Ingredients
2 tazas de arroz.
4 salchichas.
salsa de soya.
2 cebollas.
1 tomate.
1 diete ajo.
orégano y sal.
aceite.
2 cups of rice.
4 sausages.
soy sauce.
2 onions.
1 tomato.
1 teaspoon garlic.
oregano and salt.

En una olla grande añadí aceite suficiente, y le agregue las 2 cebollas y el tomate cortados en cuadritos, luego añadí el diente de ajo triturado y orégano en polvo al gusto.

Luego agregue las 4 salchichas cortadas en cuadros al aliños, seguido le añadí salsa de soya al gusto y removí para que se sofriera todo.

Después agregue las 2 tazas de arroz y removí sucesivamente hasta integrarse.

Luego agregue 4 tazas de agua, después añadí curry y sal al gusto deje cocinar a fuego medio hasta que comenzara a secar, luego le puse una tapa y baje mas el fuego y deje cocinar hasta secar totalmente.
