Un cordial saludos querida comunidad de hive, quiero compartir una espectacular receta se trata de una deliciosa alternativa de almuerzo muy fácil y rápida de preparar se trata de un salteado de pasta con pollo y vegetales, un platillo fácil de cocinar y no requerí de tantos ingredientes es una opción de almuerzo muy deliciosa; disfrute del paso a paso sin decir mas cocinemos.

Ingredientes/Ingredients
1/2 kilo de pasta, pollo, 1 calabacin,1 tomate,1 cebolla,aceite, sal, onoto.

Preparación/Preparation
primero tome el pollo le retire la piel al pollo y lo corte en pedazos pequeños y lave y reserve, luego tome os vegetales; la cebolla, tomate y calabacín y corte en tiras.

Después pase a condimentar el polo con una pizca de sal y onoto y removi hasta integrar.

luego en una sartén añadí un poquito de aceite y puse a calentar bien y agregue el pollo para que se cocinara deje alrededor de 5 min.

Seguido le añadí los vegetales reservados y comencé a darle vueltas para que se integraran los sabores al rededor de 3 min, después le agregue la pasta que tenia ya cocinada.

Para finalizar comencé a saltear la pasta con movimientos envolventes por 2 min y listo.
