Greetings dear hive community, my dear friends, today I have the pleasure of sharing some delicious cinnamon cookies super easy to prepare, do not contain many ingredients, are perfect accompaniment to any drink such as coffee, juices; they are exquisite crunchy cookies and with a smell and taste of pure cinnamon I invite you to see the whole step by step of this delicious recipe.

Paso1-Step1

I took a bowl and added 1 egg, 1/2 cup of sugar and the 2 tablespoons of oil and started mixing for about 30 seconds.

Paso2-Step2

Then I added to the mixture 1 cup of oat flour but not so ground that it is still flaky, then 1/2 cup of wheat flour, then I began to incorporate the ingredients.

Paso3-Step3

The last step after incorporating the ingredients, I added cinnamon powder to taste, then I began to knead until a ball was formed, and in a tray with oil and flour I placed small balls of dough not so thin and sprinkled cinnamon powder on top and let it bake for 15 minutes.
