Hola hola querida comunidad un gusto saludarles y compartir con ustedes un ratito espero pasen un feliz y bendecido miércoles, el día de hoy les voy a mostrar cómo realizó unas deliciosas empanadas de carne mechada y queso.

Esto es muy simple y delicioso, ideal para desayunos, cenas, loncheras de escuela . Las van a amar , en esta ocasión yo las prepare para desayunar con mi esposo.

Ingredientes
Harina de maíz , harina de trigo , sal , azúcar , agua , relleno ( carne, queso ) y una bolsa plástica.

Paso uno
En un bol o recipiente colocar harina de maíz la harina de trigo , sal y azúcar , agregar agua poco a poco y amasar hasta tener una mezcla firme ni muy dura ni muy flojita para que la puedan manipular fácilmente . Les debe quedar así como en la foto.

Step one
In a bowl or container, place corn flour, wheat flour, salt and sugar, add water little by little and knead until you have a firm mixture that is neither too hard nor too loose so that it can be easily manipulated. It should look like this in the photo.

Paso dos
Agarrar una bolsa y abrirla por un lado y colocarla en una superficie plana donde se realizarán las empanadas.

Step two
Take a bag and open it on one side and place it on a flat surface where the empanadas will be made.

De la masa agarramos una bolita y la colocamos en la bolsa y la estiramos poco a poco

Paso cuatro
Colocarle el relleno en el centro de esa masa estirada y doblar sellando bien el borde para que no se vaya abrir la empanada

Step four
Place the filling in the center of that stretched dough and fold, sealing the edge well so that the empanada does not open.

Paso cinco
Con una taza vamos a marcar el tamaño de la empanada y cortamos dándole presión a la taza

Step five
With a cup we are going to mark the size of the empanada and cut it by applying pressure to the cup

Paso seis
Retirarla de la bolsa y llevarla a la cocina en un sartén que debe estar ya encendido con el aceite bien caliente . En lo que esté doradita por ambos lados la sacan y ponen en servilletas para q absorban un poco el aceite .

Step six
Remove it from the bag and take it to the kitchen in a frying pan that must already be lit with very hot oil. When it is golden brown on both sides, take it out and put it on napkins to absorb the oil a little.

el acompañamiento ideal de la enpana es una buena guasacaca . En este caso no la elabore xq se me daño la licuadora
Pero la pueden hacer con perejil dos dientes de ajo media cebolla y medio aguacate chorrito de aceite sal y dos gotitas de limón y a licuar
