Yes! On top of my own classes, I participated in my colleague's dance class, and although it was fun, it was physically hard and a bit mentally too. It's been a while since I've been in a dance class where we learn a more complicated choreography. Or try to learn in my case. And we were on the floor a lot, so it was different in so many ways.
It was so fun, and I can feel it today in my body.
I of course forgot to take any photos, so here's one from last Monday.
