My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2023

Again I forgot to take photos of the day. And I ofcourse also forgot to wear my Fitbit when I rehearsed my choreographs so instead of double amount I only got this. 8742 steps.

This was my very last Wednesday work day in this place where I've had my classes for the last 10 or so years. There just wasn't enough customers and the rent just kept going higher so I had to end my classes here.

This really was a bitter sweet moment. Although it hasn't been fun to try to lure customers to my Wednesday class, it still is a pity that I can't keep my Wednesday class because I love the few remaining people that did come to my class.

I did manage to direct them to my other classes which are actually full now.

Anyway I rehearsed my choreos, cycled to work, danced and stretched and cycled back home.

Bye bye Wednesday place, a 90 year old house!
