Monomad: Walang sangit-Leptocorisa oratorius

Some of these pictures are a collection of walang sangit with the scientific name leptocorisa oratorius perched on the grass flowers that it makes as a house.

Walang sangit is a small insect with a slender and elongated body, which has a trunk as a tool for sucking the liquid on the flowers and young rice fruit. They are small insects that have a very pungent smell as a means of defending themselves from any threat.

This time I even managed to shoot a small baby standing right under its mother's belly. The little baby seems to only seek protection by always being right under the mother.

As my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted by @monochromes, I want to show you some of these images in black and white visuals, hope you enjoy and like them, thank you.
