Alguna vez has visto el crecimiento completo del cultivo de ajonjolí o sésamo o como quieras llamarlo por tu localidad, este día te traigo un collage completo de todo el proceso desde la siembra hasta el cultivo en todas sus fases de crecimiento, el cual tuve la oportunidad de apreciar debido a que mi amigo Esteban Cardosa decidió en su propiedad plantar ajonjolí durante la cosecha postrera, es decir durante los meses de agosto a noviembre del final del período invernal, usualmente este cultivo tarda alrededor de tres meses más o menos en desarrollarse, algunas veces depende la variedad que estás utilizando podría tardarse alrededor de 4 meses, pero usualmente la generalidad es que tarde como unos tres meses, generalmente desde la siembra hasta el cultivo.
