Espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy, les comparto el proceso de esta pintura de un retrato que hice la cuál fue completamente improvisada en el sentido de que realmente no sabía lo que quería que fuera ni los detalles pero pude armar una idea y fue con el estilo de galaxia, quizás sea la protectora de nuestra galaxia o quizás sea la creadora de las estrellas, lo dejo a su imaginación, así que sin más que decir, espero les guste y los invito a leerme! 🌌✨

Hello my creative friends at hive! I hope you are feeling great today, I share with you the process of this painting of a portrait I did which was completely improvised in the sense that I didn't really know what I wanted it to be or the details but I was able to put together an idea and it was with the galaxy style, maybe she is the protector of our galaxy or maybe she is the creator of the stars, I leave it to your imagination, so without more to say, I hope you like it and I invite you to read me! 🌌✨

Materiales/Materials

• Lo que utilice para realizar el dibujo en tradicional en una hoja tipo cartulina tamaño 35 x 28 cm, un lápiz de grafito 2 HB y un borrador (corté mi borrador haciendo que las esquinas quedarán en punta así será más fácil borrar espacios pequeños), mis colores, mis pinturas y un corrector líquido blanco.

• What I used to make the drawing in traditional on a cardboard type sheet size 35 x 28 cm, a graphite pencil 2 HB and an eraser (I cut my eraser making the corners to be pointed so it will be easier to erase small spaces), my colors, my paintings and a liquid paper (correction pen).

Comencé usando una imagen de referencia de mi actriz favorita Anya Taylor-Joy en una escena de la película "Last Night in Soho". Al tener listo el boceto comencé a usar mis pinturas, fui haciendo primero las sombras o las partes más oscuras con pintura negra y luego con una mezcla de azul oscuro y morado pinte esas mismas zonas para crear una transición y que no se vea tan fuerte la transición a un tono mas claro. Con azul claro fui pintando todo el dibujo para poder tener una capa y que fuera más fácil el generar los tonos al mezclar el azul oscuro con el morado.

I started using a reference image of my favorite actress Anya Taylor-Joy in a scene from the movie "Last Night in Soho". Once I had the sketch ready I started to use my paints, first I painted the shadows or the darkest parts with black paint and then with a mixture of dark blue and purple I painted those same areas to create a transition so that the transition to a lighter tone would not look so strong. With light blue I painted the whole drawing in order to have one layer and to make it easier to generate the tones by mixing the dark blue with the purple.

Poco a poco fui mezclando el azul oscuro y el morado para sombrear los ojos y también para ir pintando su cabello, con pintura blanca y pintura color lila agregué algunas luces en su rostro, cuello y cabello. Usando pintura negra hice las raíces de su cabello, oscureci un poco más las partes sombreadas y fui acentuando los ojos, las cejas y en mentón, ya al tener un tono en todo el dibujo un tanto azul oscuro comencé a usar más pintura morada para hacer el tono de transición entre ambos colores, continúe agregando brillos con la pintura blanca y lila y fui haciendo los reflejos de su cabello poco a poco para que al secar pudiera verse mejor el tono del color.

Little by little I mixed the dark blue and purple to shade the eyes and also to paint her hair, with white paint and lilac paint I added some lights on her face, neck and hair. Using black paint I made the roots of her hair, I darkened a little more the shaded parts and accentuated the eyes, eyebrows and chin, once I had a dark blue tone in the whole drawing I started to use more purple paint to make the transition tone between both colors, I continued adding highlights with the white and lilac paint and I made the reflections of her hair little by little so that when it dried I could see better the tone of the color.

Este es el resultado del dibujo, seguí dándole capas de color al cabello para que esté se notara por sobre la piel ya que todo el dibujo tienen los mismos tonos de colores, oscureci sus ojos y los delinee y pinte con pintura negra sus irises, con pintura blanca terminé de darle los últimos detalles luminosos al rostro y a sus ojos y luego espere a que terminara de secarse para hacer los detalles con color. Usando un color negro detalle más el dibujo haciendo algunos cabellos sueltos, detallando sus cejas, labios y ojos y agregando pestañas y ya para finalizar comencé a usar el corrector líquido blanco para agregar los brillos de su rostro en zonas como la nariz, los ojos y los labios y luego fui agregando algunas líneas para el brillo del cabello. Ya que veía el dibujo un tanto simple comencé a agregar estrellas en su cabello y algunos puntos blancos para hacer más brillos, luego se me ocurrió hacer un planeta y la luna, con el mismo corrector líquido blanco hice sus pestañas inferiores y también hice una especie de aretes con el mismo estilo de las estrellas. El resultado me sorprendió ya que no tenía muchas ganas de hacer este dibujo y no sabía que quería que terminara siendo ya que lo veía solo como una práctica de mezcla de colores con pintura pero aún así quise darle un toque más creativo haciéndolo como una galaxia, con sus estrellas y algunos planetas, no solo veo el dibujo como la chica de la galaxia o de las estrellas sino que también la veo como el estilo de una diosa griega por la forma de su cabello. 🌌✨

This is the result of the drawing, I continued giving layers of color to the hair so that it would be noticed over the skin since all the drawing has the same color tones, I darkened her eyes and outlined them and painted with black paint her irises, with white paint I finished giving the last luminous details to the face and her eyes and then I waited for it to finish drying to make the details with color. Using a black color I detailed more the drawing making some loose hairs, detailing her eyebrows, lips and eyes and adding eyelashes and to finish I started using the liquid paper to add the shines of her face in areas like the nose, eyes and lips and then I added some lines for the shine of the hair. Since I saw the drawing a bit simple I started to add stars in her hair and some white dots to make more sparkles, then it occurred to me to make a planet and the moon, with the same liquid paper I made her lower eyelashes and I also made some kind of earrings with the same style of the stars. The result surprised me since I didn't really feel like doing this drawing and I didn't know what I wanted it to end up being since I saw it just as a practice of mixing colors with paint but I still wanted to give it a more creative touch by making it like a galaxy, with its stars and some planets, not only do I see the drawing as the galaxy or star girl but I also see her as the style of a Greek goddess because of the shape of her hair. 🌌✨
