🥭Hola comunidad, como están? Espero que muy bien. El día de hoy les comparto como hacer una rica jalea de mango. Una de las tradiciones de nuestro país es hacer jalea de mango. Es una costumbre que llegue la época de mango y se prepare la receta, aquí en mi casa siempre se hace y la comparto con ustedes... Espero les guste! 🥭

Preparación! / Preparation!

  • Lo primero que hice fue pelar los mangos, y luego lo puse a sancochar (puede ser a la leña o en cocina)
  • The first thing I did was peel the mangoes, and then I put them to boil (it can be wood-fired or cooking)

  • Esperamos a que se sancochen bien y lo dejamos reposar (natural) unos 30 o 40 minutos en una bandeja
  • We wait for them to boil well and let it rest (natural) for about 30 or 40 minutes on a tray

  • Luego lo que vamos a hacer es pasarlo por el colador para sacarle la pulpa, así con todos los mangos!
  • Then what we are going to do is pass it through the strainer to remove the pulp, like this with all the mangoes!

Esto sería la pulpa de un solo mango! / This would be the pulp of a single mango!

  • Luego procedemos a colocarle la azúcar (poco a poco para que se adhiera la azúcar bien), y lo removemos bastante, eso la va a dar el toque
  • Then we proceed to place the sugar (little by little so that the sugar adheres well), and we stir it a lot, that will give it the touch

  • Después de la preparación, lo dejamos en la nevera por unas 2 horas y listo. A disfrutar de nuestra jalea!
  • After preparation, we leave it in the fridge for about 2 hours and that's it. Enjoy our jelly!

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe? Just like they did and are doing with the Havana Syndrome.

They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years.

What would you say while having a gun pointed at your head from an undisclosed location? Have people find it? My hands are tied while they play like children with a gun to my head. Its a terrorist act on American soil while some yawn and say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. Que buena receta, la verdad se mira muy buena y sencilla de realizar

Oye que rico, tengo mucho tiempo sin comer jalea de mango. También se puede sacar la pulpa con una cuchara, es incluso más fácil, pero pasarla con un colador realmente vale la pena ya que cumple doble función: 1: se disuelve mejor la pulpa sin necesidad de triturarla y 2: te deshaces de las molestas hilachas que luego quedan atrapadas en los dientes. Excelente receta y muy buen post.

En esta época que las plantas de mangos están produciendo los he consumido como jugo, veré si los aprovecho como jalea; no se me había ocurrido. Saludos.
