Pictures of trees in a property we bought some time ago

About a decade ago, we bought a property that is located about 5 minutes drive from our house. It was a good deal that's why we bought it. It turned out to be a good investment because the value of this area has increased because the number of houses around it has also increased. Maybe in another decade the value of properties in this area will increase even more because properties will be scarce and there will be more development in this area. That's why we intend to add to the value in this area by putting up small commercial shops and an events place. We think it can start a chain effect in this area and encourage other property owners to also build their houses or commercial spaces in this area.

When that happens, the properties in the area will be more in demand and the value of the properties will increase even more when that happens. That's why it's wise to invest in properties because it has the potential to generate capital gains in a decade from now. It will be a long wait, but if you have disposable income and time to spare, this investment is worth it.
