Tired And Exhausted
It is normal to feel tired and exhausted especially teachers have a lot more to do with the popping up of Covid-19 cases among our pupils.
Many teachers are feeling burnout but there is really nothing we can do except to ensure we watch out for our own mental well-being.
We cannot ignore the stress that we have but we can find ways to cope with the stress better before it gets out of hand.
Take a break and have a snack for our own self-care.

Stress can harm us but it can also help us to complete what we need to do.
There are two sides to a coin so we need to look at the bright side of things especially we are role models to our children.
