A shitty day!

I guess we all have those days! Days where just nothing goes you way and nothing goes as planned.
Strangle I can pretty accurate predict those days.
For some reason you do feel it building up.
Starts with small frustrations just pilling up and for some reason you just don’t find the release button or it seems to be broken.

Then a bad night rest is the start of a shitty day. Mostly those nights do start with not being able to fall asleep, making the mind running into circles. Of course you wake up way too early, beating the buzzer with an hour. At that moment it isn’t 100% sure that it will be a shitty day but only one more trigger is needed to create to perfect storm. To top it up Murphy’s law takes over.

There is nothing you can do about it. Those days are filled with negative surprises from traffic not cooperating to seeing people making stupid decisions which do affect your work.

Luckily mostly this all stops after one day and a good night rest. Sometimes, luckily for me not often, this is the start of some dark days. While not sure about it, I do have the feeling that I am facing a streak of shitty days.

Have to be careful not that make stupid decisions. I will just have to sit them out. Trying to get out of the continuous circle of mindfucks! Believe this is harder than it looks! Also making sure and try to prevent sliding into a depression!
