¿Cómo nos vendemos o vendemos nuestra experiencia?

Cuando llegamos a la entrevista una de las cosas que desea el entrevistador es profundizar en lo que dice nuestro currículum, la intención NO es simplemente repetir recordando nuestros puestos anteriores y ocupaciones, debemos dar vida a esas experiencias y como no , persuadir a quien te entrevista de que somos la persona indicada para cubrir ese puesto.

En esta entrevista debemos dejar con claridad que conocemos bien del oficio, debemos anticiparnos y prender a utilizar la jerga del rubro en el que estamos interesados resaltando datos relevantes, aprovechemos a estudiar sobre la materia, a lo largo de la investigación debemos aprender algunos términos y palabras que la empresa utiliza y mencionarla en la entrevista, hay empresas que hace mucho énfasis en el liderazgo por ejemplo y utilicemos eso como recurso en nuestro discurso.

Datos específicos a tener en cuenta: Si mencionamos alguna resolución de problemas en alguna empresa no olvidemos destacar que nos esforzamos "En anticiparnos a escenarios" y cuidamos todos los detalles, hagamos hincapié en el trabajo en equipo ya que todas las empresas valoran estas aptitudes.

Mencionemos que somos empáticos colaborativos y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación. En el caso en que no tengamos la suficiente experiencia o estemos incursionando en una nueva carrera demostremos nuestra capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación y ejemplos concretos de los desafíos que hemos superado en el pasado con relación a este tema.
