We must rethink and reevaluate the guidelines in relation to work tasks in times of crisis such as travel, teleworking with work schedules and the expenses that this implies, paid vacations or sick leave.

Perhaps when changing the way of working it is very necessary to modify the norms that were usual in order to be able to effectively comply with all the recommendations of the new modality promoted by the authorities but at the same time better understanding and attending to people's emotions and needs of the team.

This will show on your part as a leader that you have put the physical and emotional health of the team members as paramount and this will bring a response of loyalty, empathy and respect on the part of the team, strengthening the relationship, translating into productivity.

Debemos hacer una evaluación de las directrices en cuanto a las tareas laborales.

Debemos replantearnos reevaluarnos la directrices en relación a las tareas laborales en época de crisis como por ejemplo los viajes, el teletrabajo con los horarios de trabajo y los gastos que esto implique, las vacaciones pagadas o las bajas.

Quizás al cambiar el modo de trabajo sea muy necesario modificar las normas que eran habituales para poder hacer un efectivo cumplimiento de todas las recomendaciones de la nueva modalidad impulsada por las autoridades pero a su vez entendiendo y atendiendo mejor a las emociones y necesidades de las personas del equipo.

Esto mostrará de su parte como líder que ha puesto como primordial la salud física y emocional de los integrantes del equipo y esto traerá una respuesta de lealtad, empatía y respeto por parte del equipo haciendo que fortalezca la relación traduciéndose en productividad.
