MY WEEKEND

Greetings fam
I trust y'all are doing well?

I will be sharing my weekend experiences with my friendly family on Hive in a few nanoseconds.

I couldn't sleep well on Friday night because I had a test on Process Calculation for Engineers on Saturday, with course code CHE 314; yet, I got up early on Saturday morning. To be ready for the test, I had to be reading and sleeping on and off.

I snapped a picture of the sky that moment as soon as I left the hostel to experience the intense mist that enveloped the entire area. Hope you still remember that I enjoy taking pictures.

I moved to the canteen to eat after taking my bath because I live in a hostel and we don't have a kitchen and we're not even permitted to cook in the hostel. My friend and I realised our usual food stand didn't have their meals ready when we arrived at the canteen. We were instructed to wait for a good thirty minutes, but we were impatient as the test was about to start. We wanted to check out the new restaurant in that location even though we hadn't eaten there before because we barely eat elsewhere.

As soon as we stepped inside (the new restaurant), my friend started laughing and pointing to the ancient TV, which was around 17 years old. I grinned back. I advised my friend to get the food first so I would know how to order mine when we saw the woman running the restaurant. When I realised how poor the meal quality was, I asked the woman to bring me soup instead of the cold rice and stew that had been served to him. When she brought the improperly made soup and I had a taste of it, all of the worms quickly moved away from it in a furious manner.

When the food reached my stomach, I could feel how upset my stomach was, so I went to my friend and told him I couldn't go on. My friend said, "I stopped eating mine minutes ago."
We unwillingly and with regret paid the money at this time and left. We were both upset with ourselves for not being a little more patient for a little moment that would have guaranteed us eating a delicious meal at our regular food stand.

The professor was supposed to arrive at the appointed hour, we were all going through what we read again. Everyone eagerly awaited the lecturer's arrival.

The lecturer then arrived, thirty minutes late, and requested that we relocate to a more convenient lecture theater for the test.

We took the test in the end and were relieved to find that it wasn't as difficult as we had anticipated.

I was relieved when I finished the test and went straight to church because I had to get ready to give a brief sermon to the congregation that evening.
I then went to the Lord's house to spend the remainder of the day.
On my way to church I took some pretty pictures of the street and environment.

SUNDAY MORNING
Another beautiful morning, I got up really early. I took note of my quiet time. While I was still getting ready to go to church, I went online after my quiet time and joined the Shiloh Thanksgiving Service that was going on. I left Shiloh, entered Twitter (now known as X), and went to the join service of Salvation Ministries. I was all dolled up and prepared to attend church. My ordered for a Bolt and went to my own church.

I had a good time with the Lord. It was a soul-lifting service. In front of my maker, I prayed, played, sang, and clapped while giving him all the honour and glory.

Thirty percent of my weekend was spent in school, sixty percent was spent at church, and the remaining ten percent was spent on me (lol).

That's how my weekend went.
