Hasta aquí, me sentía bastante impotente por el hecho de que si visualizamos nuestro alrededor, nos daremos cuenta que estamos rodeados de un mundo que solo señala y hiere a las personas. Siguiendo la historia, en su recorrido en la escuela, August comienza a tener muy malos momentos, en donde, sus compañeros lo rechazan, nadie quiere jugar con él, lo hacían a un lado prácticamente. A medida que avanzamos con la lectura, seremos testigo del avance de este guerrero niño, August aprenderá la lección más importante de toda su vida y es el amor propio, el aceptarse tal cual como es no importando lo que los demás puedan decir, claro fue un proceso lento pero con la ayuda de sus seres queridos y algunos amiguitos que logró hacer en la escuela logra continuar su vida como cualquier otro niño.
