Hola queridos amigos, espero que estén muy bien y que tengan un excelente fin de semana. Hoy quiero hablar sobre esas personas que nos roban la energía, que dejamos que muchas veces nos saquen de nuestro enfoque y por consecuencia, llegamos a tomar muy malas decisiones para nuestra vida.
Recordemos que nosotros somos el reflejo de las 5 personas que están a nuestro alrededor. Así que sería bueno saber escoger a quienes nos queremos parecer y de quienes queremos aprender cada día.
Las personas exitosas por lo general tratan de tener buenos mentores, de trabajar en conjunto con personas que le aporten y no que les resten. Ahí es donde está la magia, es necesario rodearte de quienes puedes aprender a ser mejor personas, quienes te pueden brindar opciones o quienes te pueden enseñar nuevas habilidades o en su defecto ayudarte a mejorar las tuyas. EN SÍ, PERSONAS QUE SUMEN Y NO QUE RESTEN.
Muchas veces por cariño u amor hacía otros nos dejamos llevar y caemos en un círculo vicioso, caemos en trampas que nosotros mismos nos colocamos, es importante analizar quienes te rodean y pensar si te gustaría ser como ellos o convertirse en alguien parecido, esa pregunta te ayudaría mucho a sacar buenas conclusiones.
Para algunas personas es importante compartir y pasar tiempo en familia, ciertamente eso es necesario, pero no hablo en ese sentido, aunque también podemos ver familiares realmente tóxicos y que no te permiten avanzar. Lo idea es llegar a ser mejor que quienes te educaron, ¿Por qué? porque siempre debemos avanzar y mejorar. Algunas personas prefieren quedarse estancadas y repetir patrones, no digo que este mal admirar a nuestros padres por ejemplo, pero pienso que siempre podemos ser una mejor versión.
Recordemos que se trata de crecer, de ser mejor cada día, tanto en lo personal, laboral o en cualquier aspecto de la vida. Siempre debemos tratar de retarnos y así aprenderemos habilidades nuevas, cometeremos errores, y eso nos dará la experiencia que posiblemente necesitemos más adelante.
Estar atento a quienes realmente están para hacerte una mejor persona y con toda confianza puedes pasar gran parte de tu tiempo a su lado o si por el contrario es una persona que te resta y solo debes compartir lo necesario. Piensa siempre en tu crecimiento, primero eres tú y luego los demás.
