Makeup has become my catharsis in these days where I don't feel very well, I do my makeup, I've had very productive days and others on the verge of collapse, I guess it's normal and part of living a grief.

This has been reflected in my creations, I feel that in spite of wanting to make beautiful makeup I don't give my 100 % because I don't feel at 100 %, at this point it has influenced the loss of my grandmother, already a month without her and I am living a new reality without seeing her, without hearing her voice, without being able to embrace her, I am learning to live without her presence but with my mind full of her memories.

When I read the new initiative of this community I organized myself to participate as soon as possible because I'm late and I can't get into the participants box so this time you have me here early, making a look inspired by the rainbow is quite complicated because the variety of colours can make us look 🤡 and you have to be very careful with it.

I must admit that it took me a world to do this look mainly because of my moods and because my makeup palettes are neutral tones and one or two small ones with cold tones, so I had to play preschool and mix colours to find some of the ones you see here.

But the result I finally liked has my stamp of social and glitter haha I used cool tones on the eyes and lips because the rainbow is like that colour colour and more colour, so that's where I focused more on applying these colours and blending the shadows well. It wasn't anything artistic because you know I don't like it and I find it hard to draw but I always try to take my social looks with the theme we are asked to do.

Preparing the look

For the shadows to pigment super well I prepared my eyelid with concealer and started adding them are sealing, I started with the fuchsia colour which is the strongest and I was degrading the colour in the tones of the rainbow 🌈 using fuchsia orange, yellow green. After applying the fuchsia I went on to orange which was a mixture of a little red and yellow, I blended it very well and then applied the yellow more towards the tear trough.

On my lower lash line I put green and the blue I applied it on the waterline but in the pictures I noticed that it doesn't show much it looks like green but it's actually blue 🥹 the lips are fuchsia to give more life to the look.

As I've already told you, I'm having a hard time doing my make-up because of the mood that most of the time doesn't help me, but I didn't want to stop participating in this fun dynamic that @lucianav proposes to us.
