LA DESCARGA - Cangas Del Narcea 2022, Asturias - Sadly Without the Finale

LA DESCARGA is the main event of the festivities in Cangas del Narcea in honor of Carmen and Magdalena. This firework loaded event starts at the moment the processions with the Virgin is on top of the stone bridge, around 4:20pm. Frist the Peñas are shooting rockets out of their hand and then after a short while "La Máquina" is taking over shooting thousands and thousands of rockets into the air.

There were some issues and the máquina had to be re-ignited several times. Also a massive explosion happened which doesn't seem right AND THEN the finale didn't fire and La Descarga sadly came to an end.
