Healthy Bran Sandwiches

Hello Foodies,

I'm finding myself so fresh and motivated today that's why I planned everything for the next week beforehand. I always looking for such motivation and dedication towards my work where I earned something to feed my tummy. Do not depend on other person for your basic or special needs because people around you are mean and selfish. Better to stay away from such people and moving ahead with positive energy. People will get jealous if you do this so.

Okay, I'm going to share a quick snack recipe which I prepared few days ago in our Iftari which turned out so good and delicious. You should try this quick snack too. Its best for kids too but make sure you used less spices if you are about to feed them. The one I made is a bit spicy according to my and mine hubby taste. This is healthy version of snacks because I used bran bread for making sandwiches on stove.


Healthy Bran Sandwiches

These are healthy sandwiches for you that you are seeing above in the picture. Its super easy peasy to make quickly. I always opt for such options when I need something quickly on my table because that time I feel so starving to eat something in no time. You should have to try this yummy snack.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

BRAN Breadas required
Pizza Cheeseas required
Red & Yellow Capsicum1 cup
Pizza Sauceas required
Chicken Strips1 cup
Sliced Onion1 piece
Saltto taste
Red Chilli Flakes1tbsp
Oil2tbsp

💫 Method:

  1. In the pan, add 2tbsp oil and heat it well

  2. Now add chicken strips and roast it well. keep stirring until fully cooked which will take only 3-4 minutes

  3. Add Julian cut red, green, and yellow capsicum to the pan along with slices cut onions and roast it with chicken well

  4. Now add spices and keep mixing it

  5. Turn off the flame and set it aside

  6. Its time to assemble the sandwiches. Get a grilled pan and turn on the flame

  7. Spray the grilled pan with oil and place the branbread slices

  8. Apply Pizza sauce in the base first, then add the chicken mixture on top of it. At the end, add pizza shredded cheese on top of sandwiches and cover the slices with other slices and let it on stove until cheese melted completely

  9. Now cut into half and serve hot with any other sauce you like and enjoy.
