Chipotle Chicken

Hello Foodies,

Hope everything is going well at your side of life. My life is going smooth a bit with a little stress due to one reason that I can't share over here. I just need your prayers for me. Well, there is no hard feeling just waiting for the good time that will surely come to our way too like others. Today is Wednesday and I'm a bit free from all the house chores so I can share the pending recipe with a little more detail than usual.

I prepared Chipotle Chicken a week ago but didn't get time or idea to share the recipe here. But I guess I already have shared the glimpse of this yummiest recipe. Suddenly, it came into my mind when I saw cream cheese at store so I immediately buy it to make this delicious recipe in my kitchen.

Chipotle Chicken is a dish that can only be served with boiled rice or noodles. You can't eat it with chapati because it tastes smokey. Preferred way is only boiled noodles or rice. Make sure you eat this dish with the recommended food rather than eating with chapati.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

Thin Chicken Breast5 pieces
Cream Cheese1/4 cup
Chipotle Sauce1/4 Cup
Cherry Tomatoes7-8 PC
Chopped Onion1PC
Chopped Garlic6-7PC
Oil1/3 cup
Salt1tsp
White Pepper1tsp
Onion Powder1tsp
Garlic Powder1/2tsp
Ginger Powder1/2tsp
Chicken Stock2 cup
All-purpose flour2tbsp
Paprika Powder1tsp

💫 Method:

First off, cut chicken breast into thin small piece like you can see the below picture

Now marinate it with salt, white pepper, paprika powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, and onion powder then set aside for few minutes

I used this chipotle sauce because it has chipotle peppers in it which is must ingredient to use in this recipe

  1. Take a skillet, add oil and fry the marinated chicken on both sides and set aside

  2. In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté well

  3. Add chopped garlic and sauté well

  4. Now add all purpose flour and cook for 2-3 minutes

  5. Add chipotle sauce and mix altogether

  6. Now add chicken stock and let it cook for 10 minutes

  7. Add cream cheese when the mixture get thickened and mix with whisk well

  8. Add cherry tomatoes too

  9. At yeh end add all roasted chicken pieces and turn off the flame after 5 minutes

  10. Serve with boiled rice or noodles only
