Last week I've made a "Maja Blanca". It's my first try in making of it that is why I asked some helped from my friend. She give me a list of ingredients through messenger since she is far away from me. And about the steps she recorder it and passed it also to my messenger.

I asked her because it's her specialty. And This is the only thing I've loved among those desserts that she cooked. So now let's not get any longer. Let's prepare the ingredients that were going to used.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 kg. Cornstarch
  • 1 can kernels(corn)
  • 370 ml evaporated milk
  • 330 ml codensed milk
  • 1/2 butter
  • 1/4 white sugar
    -/1 or 2 pc coconut(depends on size)
  • 5-6 glass of water

PROCEDURE:
1.Grate and squeeze the coconut.

2.In a big bowl mixed cornstarch, condense milk, evaporated milk and the water of the corn. Mixed them well until no lumps were found

3.Now that were all set, let's prepare the pan. Put the butter into it and let it melt.

4.Put the coconut milk. The second squeeze and the first squeeze. Wait until it boils and put the sugar wait until.it dissolved.

5.Pour the cornstarch mixture. Stir it well and if it almost cooked put the corn. While doing this continue stirring.

6.Once it already cooked transfer it into a pan or any container. Then let it cool.

That's it hivere were done. And er successfully did it. At first I thought it's going to be failed. As you all know almost of my first try are all failed, but gladly now it's good. And of you want to know how it taste like, well it's creamy and a little bit salty because of the corn.But It's perfectly blended the sweetness and creaminess that resulted to a yummy creamy maja blanca.
