"Egg Soup" by my Boyfriend Experiment

Hope all is good and safe😘😘😘

Early this morning as I wake up, my daily routine is to fold the bed, sweep the floor, preparing our breakfast and etc.

But this morning I'm not the one whi prepare our breakfast. It's my boyfriend. Because I have something to do that early morning. I asked him what would be our dish since we don't have anymore fish, meat, vegetable and chicken on the refrigerator. Then he suggest we bought egg for now.

So he bought 3 pieces of egg. The way on how he cooked it was scrambled egg. And then, I told him we should went to the market to bought a fish because I so missed "tinola" or fish soup. Then he come up with an idea of making an "Egg soup". It's sounds funny to me but my curiosity rise and I want to know what the output of it.

The ingredients are the same just like the usual cooking of fish soup. We just change the fish into an egg.

INGREDIENTS:

• Egg
• onions
• ginger
• lemon grass
• water
• salt

PROCEDURE:
1.Washed and cut onions and ginger.

2.Put water, onions, ginger and lemon grass into the pan. Cover it and let it boil.

3.Once it boil put the egg and salt to taste. Then let it simmer for 5 minutes.

4.Ready to Serve

Were done hivers. The curiosity that I have cracks. It taste good. I really can't believed it. But here's the proof. It's refreshing because of the taste. It's a bit chili because of the ginger. All in all my tummy was so satisfied.
