Hello friends, I hope you are very well, today I wanted to do something different remembering the darkest moments of my country Venezuela. My nation entered a humanitarian crisis a few years ago as a result of many things, especially the fault of the socialist rulers, they led one of the countries with the most oil and other natural resources to bankruptcy. We went through hyperinflation that destroyed our jobs and purchasing power, in fact we still suffer from it, and although the economy has slightly improved, there is still a long way to go out of the crisis. At one time we had large denomination bills, the madness caused by the collapse of the currency led the population to get rid of their worthless money, I remember walking the streets and seeing bags of money thrown in the trash, scattered on the ground, It was a horrible scene, seeing how they had destroyed the coin. On this day, where we remember the national blackout, where we were without power for 5 days, I wanted to do this art show to remember those horrible days. I made the best martial arts warrior in the manga world, Son Goku. The drawing is made on a bill from those days that I had left, and it is painted with acrylic paint, I hope you like it.

Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, hoy querido hacer algo diferente recordando los momentos mas oscuros de mi país Venezuela. Mi nación entró en una crisis humanitaria hace algunos años atrás producto de muchas cosas, especialmente por culpa de los gobernantes socialistas, llevaron a uno de los países con más petróleo y otros recursos naturales ala banca rota. Pasamos por una hiperinflación que destruyó nuestro trabajo y poder adquisitivo, de hecho aún la padecemos, y aunque la economía ha tenido una leve mejoría todavía queda mucho por salir de la crisis. En una época llegamos a tener billetes de grandes denominaciones, la locura por el descalabro de la moneda llevó a la población a deshacerse de su dinero sin valor, recuerdo recorrer las calles y ver sacos de dinero tirado en la basura, regados por los suelos, fue una escena horrible, ver que como habían destruido la moneda. En este día, donde recordamos el apagón nacional, donde nos quedamos sin luz por 5 días quise hacer esta muestra de arte para recordar aquellos días espantosos. Hice al mejor guerrero de artes marciales en el mundo del manga, Son Goku. El dibujo está hecho sobre un billete de aquellos días que me quedó, y esta pintado con pintura acrílica, espero que les guste.

PROCESS

The bill that I used for this drawing is a one hundred my bolivar bill, we have used this denomination twice, so that you have an idea of ​​how far the economic debacle has gone. The paper money is not easy to make a sketch, you have to use a dark graphite pencil to be able to better outline the drawing, so taking the bust of Simón Bolívar as a reference, I began to make the parts of Goku's face.

El billete que usé para este dibujo es un billete de cien mi bolívares, esta denominación la hemos usado dos veces, para que tengan la idea de hasta donde llegó la debacle económica. El papel moneda no es fácil de hacer un boceto, hay que utilizar un lápiz de grafito oscuro para poder delinear mejor el dibujo, así que tomando como referencia el busto de simón Bolívar comencé a hacer las partes del rostro de Gokú.

I begin to paint using a fine brush, one of those used for outlining, since the drawing is not very large. I take the white paint and mix it with brown to bring out a light skin tone to paint the face, and I do a slightly darker blend to paint the shadows on the front of the face.

Comienzo a pintar utilizando un pincel fino de los que se usan para delinear ya que el dibujo no es muy grande. Tomo la pintura blanca y la mezclo con color marrón para sacar un tono de piel claro para pintar el rostro, y hago una combinación un poco más oscura para pintar las sombras en la parte frontal del rostro.

In contrast I make the shadows so that the ultra instinct transformation can be seen better. Also with another brush I am outlining the edges of the drawing with black paint, as well as the eyes and the lines of expression. And I also start to paint part of the chest and the clothes.

En contraste hago las sombras para que se vea mejor la tranformación de ultra instinto. También con otro pincel voy delineando los bordes del dibujo con pintura negra, así tambien los ojos y las líneas de expresión. Y tambien comienzo a pintar parte del pecho y los ropajes.

Next I finish painting the clothes and then move on to the hair, which despite being black has a white glow that can be seen on the edges, here I use a mixture of black and white to bring out a light gray, and on the edge end to make white lines, after reviewing the last details it has been finished.

Seguidamente termino de pntar el ropaje para luego pasar al cabello, que a pesar de ser de color negro tiene un resplandor blanco que se puede observar en los bordes, aquí utilizo una mezcla de negro y blanco para sacar un gris claro, y en el borde extremo hacer líneas blancas, despues de repasar los últimos detalles ha quedado finalizado.

FINAL WORK

This is how this drawing of Goku was finished, more than the drawing I think about the story behind that paper money, and realize how people make the same mistakes over and over again because of being fooled by mediocre politicians. I wanted to express through my talent my revulsion towards politicians and human exploitation, and today more than ever I am grateful to have known this beautiful place that is Hive, which opened the doors for me and helped me not only financially but also to grow in my talents and abilities and learn things about myself that I didn't know I was capable of. Así quedó finalizado este dibujo de Gokú, más que el dibujo pienso en la historia detrás de ese papel moneda, y darme cuenta como los pueblos cometen los mismos errores una y otra vez porde dejarse engañar por políticos mediocres. Quise expresar a través de mi talento mi repulsión hacia los políticos y la explotación humana, y hoy más que nunca agradezco haber conocido este hermoso lugar que es Hive, que me abrió las puertas y me ayudó no solo en la parte económica sino a crecer en mis talentos y habilidades y conocer cosas de mí que no sabía que era capaz de realizar.
