A Comfortable Telecommunication Service Center In Serang By Telkomsel

Hello my dear friends…
Before i started writing my review about this place, let me ask you about your usual service center. Is it a comfortable place? Especially, when it comes to telecommunications service provider’s service center. Usually, i found them quite boring, quite cold, quite lifeless. They have quite similar vibe and design with service center in Bank. Well, its not the same with this Grapari of Telkomsel’s service center. I was surprised at how warm and comfortable their whole concept is. I think it was interesting and quite noted worthy. Even my husband whom rarely care about this kind of thing noticing this. He expresses his wish that more firm or company will change their old and cold design to the more modern and warm design like this. For example, state agencies can started using this kind of concept. He said that it will surely make public will look favorly towards them and will lessen the anxiety from the client to come to them with their problem or something. I am agree with that. Personally, i hate going to state agencies because they often looks unwelcoming start from the uniform, the place, the design, everything, it almost always looks similar with police department.

The first picture that i attached is what it looks like from the outside, and here it is what it looks like from the inside when we look at the door. From the outside, they look like any other’s company, right? When it looks quite different on the inside.

This is their waiting area. First of all, i must say that i am impressed with their security but i didnt take their picture. Usually, security will use a cop - like uniform but their’s just using a casual tshirt with their logo, position, and name attached in there. At first i dont realize that they’re security people. Only after i saw their name and position in the tshirt then i understand about it. I think it was nice that they’re take notice about those small details. If their security using cops- like uniform, they will look kind of out of place walking or standing around in this place as it will be so different.
Now, i will come back to this waiting room of them. Having a sofa is quite usual in the service center and it is so comfortable. But, they arrange the place to look like a cafe, dont you think? I was baffled for a seconds because i thought that we’re coming to the wrong place.

This is their service area. As we can see, its not only their waiting area that looks like cafe. The people whom we will meet just dressed and sit like we’re friends meeting in a cafe. It was a happy place for me. Its teally feels like meeting with a friend, it makes people talk to them comfortably. I dont even notice that they’re the one doing the service till i noticed their uniform. Same with the security guys, they also use a tshirt but with different color.

These are some of other decorations and space in this service center. I will say it again and again, it can easily passed as cafe. I wish there’s gonna be more service center place like this, it will make people feel more welcomed.

greetings dear friend @firayumni, it's good that you found another perspective of what telecommunications service centers usually are, I think the only people who feel comfortable in a police department are those who work in that place because a detained or an insurance claimant are in another psychological state, starting from the waiting area it looks quite cozy I love the order in which the furniture is located, I agree with you that the environment and interior design of the place looks like a cafe very harmonious, excellent content 😊

It was quite rare that they have such a warm and somewhat playful design&vibe for service center right? I just wish more agencies start doing the same things, especially government’s agencies. They always looks cold and unfriendly. Anyway, thank you for coming to my post, have a nice day to you.

Oh my God! This site is beautiful. I have been in love since the first picture. It is very elegant on the outside with its mirrored facade and inside I love the design and the combination of earth and brick colors. The seating looks great against the pillars. The grand finale for me was when I show you the pictures of the top where the lamps are. I think it is the most wonderful detail and gives it that homey warmth that makes the room so cozy. What a great post and great photos, I congratulate you!...

I also always love a place who put details in their ceilings. I think it is as important as their wall design since it can complete the whole look. Thank you for the observation and comment, wish you have a good day

The building has a great design, when I saw the façade I thought it was a coffee shop, the interior is very well decorated, the waiting area looks very comfortable and cozy, having a service area where you can enjoy a delicious coffee makes the wait not boring; the details on the ceiling are great, they add elegance and a sophisticated style.

Happy start of the week!

Wow! This is truly one of the architectural realities I've been looking for @firayumni. A commercial service center that looks and feels like a coffee shop or cafe is absolutely a welcomed experience for customers who have become bored of the usual spaces. Like you, I also desire that more establishments around the world would adapt this incredible concept to satisfy the social nature of humans. 😊

Your comment is exactly how i want to describe my feelings towards this. I really hope that companies or agencies started noticing this and reform their service way. I believe that it will benefit both the consumer and them
