T- minus 1

Yesterday's sunrise in the east. Surprisingly.

And moon set in the west. First spied through the bathroom fan light.

And that was the best part of the day. The weather was glorious, and most of my preparations went well. I - we - were let down though, and, I shall say it: by someone who sets herself out as super efficient but doesn't have time to read emails.

It is a long time since I have felt so let down and angry. And worried that the snafu would not literally wash out the entire event.
